About the Role Lead U.S. e-commerce and consumer electronics market analysis, develop a deep-growth Amazon strategy alongside multi-channel expansion plans, and drive the business from early-stage development to scalable growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead U.S. e-commerce and consumer electronics market analysis, develop a deep-growth Amazon strategy alongside multi-channel expansion plans, and drive the business from early-stage development to scalable growth. Optimize Amazon core operations including product listing, pricing strategy, inventory management, and performance enhancement, while spearheading research, onboarding, and expansion into new channels such as Walmart and other key platforms. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies; define and monitor key performance indicators to achieve revenue and margin targets during the channel expansion phase. Build and scale a high-performing U.S. e-commerce team aligned with early-stage business needs, fostering a results-oriented and performance-driven culture. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external platform partners to secure strategic resources for new channel expansion, ensuring full compliance across all operational activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields. Minimum of 8 years of U.S. e-commerce experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles within consumer electronics e-commerce. Deep expertise in Amazon platform operations, with proven success in launching and scaling new North American e-commerce channels from 0 to 1. Demonstrated full P&L ownership experience, with a strong track record of driving revenue and GMV growth during early-stage expansion in the North American consumer electronics market. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and fluency in English (written and verbal) with strong presentation and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of U.S. e-commerce regulations and platform policies; highly data-driven with established industry and platform relationships within the North American consumer electronics sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr SKYWORTH
