MAD Events is seeking a Sports-Minded Sales Representative in Louisville to bring energy, drive, and strategy to our live brand activations and experiential marketing events. About MAD Events: MAD Events is Louisville’s leader in experiential marketing, live brand activations, and event-driven sales. We help brands connect with customers in interactive, unforgettable ways — transforming ordinary retail spaces into high-energy, revenue-driving experiences. What You’ll Do:
- Represent national and local brands at live events, sports promotions, and retail activations.
- Engage customers, drive interest, and close sales on the spot.
- Manage lead generation, client relationships, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with a fast-paced, competitive team on marketing campaigns and brand activation strategies.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing directly to MAD Events’ revenue growth.
- Highly competitive, sports-minded candidates with a passion for winning and achieving goals.
- Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to exceed sales targets.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal customer engagement skills.
- Early-career professionals or recent graduates are welcome — attitude and drive outweigh experience.
- Clear career progression: Team Leader in 6 months, Manager in 12.
