Senior Test Analyst

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and executing testing plans, analyzing test data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance in software development. Key responsibilities Develop and execute thorough test plans and test cases while analyzing test and operational problems to report defects Communicate weekly with management regarding testing status and potential issues, while coordinating with customers to resolve requests Participate in project work group meetings and maintain business and technical knowledge through ongoing training and research Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree 5 years of experience in functional analysis and testing within the software development life cycle Experience creating test plans, test cases, and test scenarios from scratch Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with defect tracking and test management tools Familiarity with at least 2 relational database management systems (e.g., DB2, Oracle, SQL)
