Job Title: Product Testing Senior Analyst – HOKA Lifestyle FootwearReports to: Sr. Manager, Product Testing - HOKA FootwearLocation: Portland, OR - HybridTypically 3 times per week in office, Tuesday – ThursdayThe RoleAs the Product Testing Senior Analyst for HOKA Lifestyle Footwear, you’ll manage all aspects of the product testing process—from creating seasonal test plans to executing tests and communicating results. You’ll run your own testing, participate in recruiting projects, and ensure all test samples are checked in and archived properly. You’ll work closely with Product Development, Product Engineering, and Product Marketing teams to support the HOKA product testing strategy and provide concise, meaningful test information and reports that contribute to the continuous improvement of HOKA footwear. We believe that when we bring our different perspectives to work, we are truly Better Together.Your ImpactManage the testing process from planning to execution and communication with the Product Creation teamDevelop and optimize tools for survey distribution, data analysis, and report creationLead in-person testing such as fit testing, dynamic testing, and biomechanical testingCreate test protocols, surveys, and focus groups, matching protocols to test questionsLead consumer focus groups and interviews in an unbiased wayUnderstand key product creation milestones, timelines, and shoe constructionRecruit new testers for the Wear Testing and Fit Testing databaseAttend events to recruit the right consumers for Lifestyle productManage samples, including checking in, inspecting, and archiving test shoesCreate and update best practice documents and proactively seek new technologies relevant to Product TestingWho You AreBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceCoursework or solid experience in research methodology, test design, and data analysisMinimum 2+ years’ experience in Footwear Product Testing3+ years’ experience in the sport industry (footwear, apparel, retail, coaching, etc.)Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and database/survey software such as MESH01, Qualtrics, or equivalentAble to use fit measurement tools such as a Brannock and a 3D foot scannerEffective communicator and collaborator across teamsExceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment under pressurePortfolio demonstrating relevant testing and analysis experienceWhat We'll Give You – Competitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
