Private Equity Associate

An established private equity firm is seeking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its investment team. This individual will play an active role across all aspects of the investment process, including evaluating new opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for prospective investments Assist in the execution of acquisitions and other strategic transactions Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation efforts Prepare investment materials and participate in investment committee discussions Work closely with senior team members throughout the investment lifecycle Qualifications Prior private equity investing experience required Investment banking experience strongly preferred MBA preferred Demonstrated transaction execution and financial modeling capabilities Experience in Business Services is a plus, though candidates from a variety of sector backgrounds will be considered Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
