The company offers 100% purified water filtered through reverse osmosis, packaged in a kid-friendly 6.8 oz FSC-certified paper carton with a straw. Sippi Kids is designed for everyday moments such as lunchboxes, playdates, sports, parties, restaurants, cafés, and family outings. The brand is community-driven, with a strong social media presence and a growing network of parents, retailers, and partners who support better beverage options for children. Sippi Kids actively collaborates with wholesale partners who share its mission. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in New Jersey. The Field Sales Role will build and manage relationships with local retailers, cafés, restaurants, and community partners to expand Sippi Kids' presence. Responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, pitching the brand, conducting in-person sales visits, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. The role will coordinate in-store activations, sampling events, and community outreach to drive product awareness and sell-through. The Field Sales Rep will also monitor account performance, collect market feedback, and collaborate with internal teams on promotional strategies and merchandising support. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong field sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation. Candidates should possess experience in retail, CPG, or beverage industry sales, with familiarity in working with cafés, restaurants, and local stores. Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills to effectively pitch the brand and represent Sippi Kids in person. Candidates should possess basic analytical and reporting skills to track sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to plan routes, manage visits, and coordinate events. Comfort working in the field, including traveling across New Jersey, and engaging with customers and partners on-site. Self-starter mindset, ability to work independently, and commitment to Sippi Kids' mission of healthier beverage options for children.
