We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across our nationwide offices. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment efforts. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Essential Functions And Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions across the organization. Create and manage a full recruiter dashboard of job postings and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a proactive talent network for future hiring needs. Full-Cycle Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs. Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of positions across the organization. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain a proactive talent network for future hiring needs. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement Identify and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, job boards, colleges, trade schools, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates. Represent JMT's culture, values, and career opportunities throughout the candidate experience. Candidate Assessment & Selection Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements. Conduct screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and organizational fit. Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Conduct reference checks Offer & Hiring Process Management Provide insight to hiring managers regarding job offers. Manage the offer approval process and collaborate with leadership to ensure timely decisions. Montior candidates through the hiring process, including background check status and follow-up. Recruitment Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting regulations. Support talent acquisition initiatives, projects, and process improvements that enhance recruiting effectiveness. Nonessential Functions And Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Recruiting experience within the engineering, architecture, construction, consulting, or technology industries. Experience recruiting for technical and hard-to-fill professional roles. Working Conditions Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
