We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who treats recruiting like a strategic function, not an administrative one. You understand that great recruiting is part relationship-building, part strategy, and part persistence. Someone who enjoys the hunt. Someone who knows the best candidates usually aren’t applying to job postings. Someone who is comfortable opening LinkedIn, identifying the right person, and starting the conversation. This role is about building a great team, not just filling open seats. You’ll own recruiting end‑to‑end while also helping support the people and culture inside the firm.
