Home-Visiting Family Support Specialist
The Center For Family Development
The Center for Family Development in Tennessee seeks a Family Support Specialist to serve families in Robertson, Sumner, and Trousdale counties. The role promotes infant and child health through intensive home visitation, building trusting relationships and coordinating care with supervisors and community agencies. Responsibilities include developing case plans, helping families access doctors and services, documenting contacts, attending trainings, and maintaining confidentiality in a smoke- #J-18808-Ljbffr The Center For Family Development
