• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models , including 3-statement, DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses

• Prepare pitch books, investment memoranda, management presentations, and client materials

• Assist with due diligence, data room management, and transaction execution

• Work closely with senior bankers across multiple coverage and product teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
