You'll play a vital role in helping students achieve their goals in both classroom and home health settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Michigan
• Experience in school-based OT, home health, or other healthcare settings
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet individual student needs
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs in a school setting preferred
• Passion for working with children and supporting educational goals

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both in school and via home health visits as needed
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and strategies
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with state and district guidelines
