Senior Counsel, Procurement - Energy Utilities
PacifiCorp
PacifiCorp is seeking a seasoned in-house attorney to provide legal guidance on complex commercial matters. The role is located in Portland, Oregon or Salt Lake City, Utah, and requires managing procurement contracts, risk assessments, and regulatory issues.
You will counsel various units, oversee outside counsel, and help shape corporate policies while supporting energy regulatory activities and litigation. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-site work.
