Key Responsibilities for the Director of Accounting:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and monthend close
- Lead and support the senior accounting team and workflow execution
- Support audit review and financial oversight activities
- Partner on the NetSuite instance transition and system upgrades
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership on accounting operations and process improvements
- Director or Controllerlevel accounting leadership experience (or higher)
- Strong, handson NetSuite experience
- Background supporting system implementations or upgrades
- Advanced Excel proficiency
Salary: $150,000-$180,000
