If you are an individual who values a rewarding career and would like your customers to be genuinely satisfied, you may be a match for our team.Job SummaryThe Installation Tech performs tasks related to the Installation of water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, sewer and water service lines and gas lines for residential and or light commercial customers and is responsible for maintaining customer heath, safety and satisfaction.Job DutiesInstalls water heaters, water softeners, water filtration systems, sewer and water service lines and gas lines.Is responsible for compliance with all local plumbing codes.Maintains accurate documentation of installations including all required forms and photos of workSubmits all completed paper work in an accurate and timely mannerMaintain a clean and properly stocked service vehicleWears floor savers while in the client's home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled serviceTests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all timesMinimum RequirementsMust have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable plumbing experience in residential plumbing installationsValid driver's license and a clean driving recordValid Texas Tradesman or Journeyman's Plumbing LicenseMust be able to work extended hours, and occasional weekendsAbility to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairsMust possess all necessary tolls to perform installations including but not limited to basic hand tolls, drills, saws and torchesCompensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
