Salesforce CPQ Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in driving our sales processes by building and implementing advanced configurations within the Salesforce CPQ platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Developing Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) processes to automate and optimize business functions.

2. Configuring product rules, price rules, discount schedules, quote templates, contracts, orders, and amendments in Salesforce CPQ.

3. Identifying and defining business requirements, conducting gap analysis between existing and desired states, and recommending solutions to ensure design satisfies the requirements.

4. Performing hands-on solution design, prototype, proof-of-concept, and development tasks.

5. Mapping and transforming data from external systems into Salesforce.

6. Participating as an active member in Salesforce platform related discussions and contributing towards strategic roadmap planning.

7. Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed on Salesforce platform meet their needs and are flexible for future changes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing Salesforce CPQ.

3. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification is highly desirable.

4. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript associated with Salesforce.

5. Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API.

6. Knowledge of product modeling, pricing structures, quotes, and order management.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Comfortable working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
