We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic transformation team focused on high-impact technology services. This role is critical for driving the technical evolution of Sales Cloud environments through expert-level coding and configuration.

We will do an IDV check before submission; make sure candidates are ready. Need strong CPQ experience and fresh candidates only: no old subs and expert in live coding.

Must have 6 years of APEX, LWC and REST API experience. Will do live coding in Lightning. Must also have 2+ years of CPQ Customization and actively developing CPQ. Screen hard for CPQ because most of the people that have had CPQ on their resume, couldn't pass the coding portion of the interview. Billing is a plus and will help a candidate stand out but not required. Work setup: Fully remote within the US; no visa restrictions for this engagement. Reason for opening: Digital transformation project requiring specialized CPQ and Apex expertise. Deliverables: Design and maintenance of scalable Salesforce solutions and integration with external systems via REST APIs. Interview process: Standard technical evaluation (Typically 2 rounds). Level: Equivalent to Level 9 (Senior Consultant/Specialist level).

TOP HARD SKILLS Salesforce Development: 6+ years of experience with Apex and LWC. Salesforce CPQ: 2+ years of hands-on development and implementation experience. Integrations: Expert knowledge of REST API integrations and JavaScript.

NICE-TO-HAVES Salesforce Billing experience. Platform Developer II or CPQ Specialist certifications. Experience with Sales Cloud architecture.

DISQUALIFIERS Candidates with less than 2 years of dedicated CPQ experience. Lack of recent, heavy Apex and LWC development in a Senior capacity.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and other core technologies.
• Implement and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet complex business logic requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using robust REST APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, unit testing, and deployment cycles.
• Provide technical guidance on Sales Cloud architecture and JavaScript-based components.
