Join our team at Preferred Family Healthcare as a TAY Adult Administrative Support Specialist, supporting our Transition-Age Youth (TAY) Adult Team. This key team member coordinates and monitors non-clinical operations for the multidisciplinary team, ensures timely and accurate client intake, and provides vital receptionist and triage services to support communication between clients, families, and clinicians. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for clients and team operations
• Act as a key communication hub between the team and clients/families, including triaging calls
• Participate in daily team staffing and coordinate client intake and referrals
• Maintain and organize client charts and ensure documentation meets organizational standards
• Prepare statistical and tracking reports; maintain data logs for admissions/discharges
• Manage office inventory, vehicle logs, and equipment maintenance
• Coordinate landline and cellular communications accounts
• De-escalate symptomatic client behavior and support clients in crisis situations
• Provide general administrative support and serve as the public-facing representative of the team
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• Education or experience in human services, office management, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage administrative duties in a healthcare or social services setting
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client service and team collaboration
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
