General Manager - Quick-Service Restaurant Leadership


Compensation: $57,000 - $60,000 base salary + bonus potential and benefits

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume quick-service restaurant known for fast service, strong systems, and a recognizable national brand presence. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on restaurant leader who enjoys building teams, driving operational execution, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.


The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including team development, staffing, training, guest service, speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, inventory, labor control, and overall profitability. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and understands how to balance people, operations, and financial results.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members and managers
• Oversee daily operations to ensure strong guest service and consistent execution
• Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory, cash handling, and controllable expenses
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and brand procedures
• Recruit, hire, and retain a strong hourly and management team
• Drive sales, improve speed of service, and support local store marketing efforts
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment

Qualified candidates should have:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in quick-service or fast-casual dining
• Previous General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced setting
• Solid understanding of labor, food cost, inventory, and guest service standards
• A hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability and team development
