HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician

Job Title HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician Hourly Pay $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, plus spiffs and bonuses. Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. On‑call rotation with occasional overtime. Job Duties Service, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Perform basic sheet‑metal repairs and upgrades. Explain the benefits of preventative maintenance to customers. Consult with customers on repair, upgrades, IAQ accessories, and replacement decisions. Location Waterford, Michigan – Kotz Heating and Air. What We Provide Company vehicle and gas card. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience. Universal EPA certification. Customer service skills. Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Capacity to acquire a low‑voltage license within 2 years of employment. Certification from an HVAC technical school is desired. Own tools required for the job. High school diploma or equivalent.
