Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Ability to work accurately with confidential financial information

Experience Requirements

• Mid-level position
• Previous data entry, administrative, banking, payment processing, or office experience preferred
• Strong 10-key data entry skills
• Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with 98% accuracy preferred
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent attendance and reliability required

Job Duties

• Process inbound lockbox transactions for a banking operation
• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
• Utilize 10-key data entry to enter payment and transaction information
• Review documentation and verify information for accuracy
• Maintain records and process financial information according to established procedures
• Identify and report discrepancies or processing issues
• Follow company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements
• Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
