Data Entry Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Quality control/Data Entry Specialist for our Contract position with a client. It is a Beaverton, OR location. Position : Quality control/Data Entry Specialist Location : Beaverton, OR 97005 (Onsite) Duration : 12+ Months Pay Rate: $18/hr - $21/hour on W2 All Incl. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Perform quality control checks on printed documents and materials. Verify print quality, document counts, specifications, and job requirements. Perform accurate data entry and reconcile transaction/document counts. Review work orders and ensure materials meet established quality standards and SOPs. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive documents. Communicate issues and discrepancies to supervisors and relevant teams. Support a fast-paced production and mail processing environment. What We’re Looking For: Previous Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or Data Entry experience . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to balance/reconcile transactions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. High School Diploma or GED required.
