Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Basic computer proficiency required Ability to work accurately with confidential financial information Experience Requirements Mid-level position Previous data entry, administrative, banking, payment processing, or office experience preferred Strong 10-key data entry skills Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with 98% accuracy preferred Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent attendance and reliability required Job Duties Process inbound lockbox transactions for a banking operation Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy Utilize 10-key data entry to enter payment and transaction information Review documentation and verify information for accuracy Maintain records and process financial information according to established procedures Identify and report discrepancies or processing issues Follow company policies, security procedures, and confidentiality requirements Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
