THE ROLE We’re hiring Product Management Interns to help define and ship AI-powered experiences that support patients, clinicians, and care teams between visits. The challenge lies at the intersection of changing patient behavior, fitting into clinical workflows, improving care outcomes, and making the business sustainable. Our impact is measured by patients living healthier, longer lives: our studies show that translates to a 27% drop in hospitalizations. You’ll work alongside engineers, designers, clinicians, and operational partners to understand real-world care delivery challenges, identify high-impact opportunities, and turn them into clear product requirements and experiences. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a defined product initiative – from discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration – while learning how to build products in a complex, highly regulated, and deeply human domain.
