About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the organization through a phase of significant growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product strategy, with a focus on commercial outcomes such as new product revenue, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a leader who can balance the demands of revenue enablement and innovation, and who is adept at making and executing strategic decisions. The VP of Product Management will also be tasked with establishing and running the product discovery lifecycle, maintaining a deep understanding of customer and market needs, and ensuring that product design and adoption are aligned with the company's goals. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' product management experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows, with a proven track record of leading product managers and driving commercial success. Domain experience in AdOps and MarTech is essential, as is a strong background in building complex products and shipping AI-powered capabilities. The role demands a leader with excellent communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a commitment to team and organization building in a startup environment. The VP of Product Management will be expected to operate with a high level of autonomy, make data-driven decisions, and be a key partner to the Chief Technology & Product Officer in the company's mission to redefine digital experience management.
