Live Well Homecare in Kentucky is seeking a Registered Nurse to support a Critical Care Step Down Unit, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to diverse populations including CHF, COPD, DKA, and Sepsis. You will work with telemetry, EKG interpretation, central line care, and assist with bedside procedures, while applying critical thinking, timely delegation, and teamwork with physicians, nursing assistants, interns, PT and OT. #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Well Homecare
