• Base Salary Range: 40,000.00 55,000.00 / month

  Note: Final base pay within this range is determined based on the candidate's depth of experience, track record, and overall professional caliber.

• Uncapped Commission: Estimated commissions range from 900.00 to 30,000.00+ per placement.

US Senior Recruitment Specialist / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (4 positions)

This is a full-time position following EST business hours, Monday through Friday, with a half-day shift ending at 1:00 PM on Fridays.

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned, highly articulate Senior US Recruiter to specialize in high-touch candidate evaluation, targeted phone outreach, and screening across our specialized industrial divisions: WoodJobs, PlasticStaffing, and MetalRecruiters .
You will focus 100% of your energy on evaluating pre-sourced, warm candidate pipelines, conducting in-depth phone screening calls, assessing qualification criteria, and pitching career growth opportunities to US-based professionals. Additionally, you will perform focused, partial headhunting to supplement warm pipelines for specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Depth Candidate Screening: Conduct structured phone screening calls with US-based applicants to evaluate technical fit, experience level, salary expectations, and motivation.
• Targeted Headhunting & Outreach: Perform strategic, partial headhunting and proactive phone reach-outs to supplement talent pipelines for high-priority or hard-to-fill niche positions.
• Qualification & Vetting: Ask division-specific qualifying questions tailored to niche roles within the wood, plastics, and metal manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Pipeline Management & Handoffs: Efficiently manage incoming applicant pipelines, document detailed interview notes, and present top-tier qualified candidates to hiring leadership for final presentation.
• Candidate Engagement: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, articulate value propositions, address candidate queries, and maintain high response and conversion rates.
• ATS Tracking & Reporting: Maintain pristine, real-time records of call logs, assessment scores, candidate statuses, and recruitment metrics in the ATS/CRM.
• Verbal Excellence: Exceptional command of Standard American English (SAE) , demonstrating a clear and neutral accent to ensure seamless, high-clarity communication with US-based candidates and stakeholders.
• Cultural Alignment: Proven ability to build rapport and engage effectively within the North American professional culture, utilizing nuanced communication styles to drive candidate interest and trust.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 5+ years of dedicated US recruitment experience (niche industrial, manufacturing, or commercial recruiting experience is a major plus).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with strong accent neutralization and the confidence to engage US-based professionals over the phone.
• Phone Screening Mastery: Proven track record in phone screening, active outreach/headhunting, salary negotiation screening, and behavioral/technical candidate evaluation.
• Efficiency & Independence: Ability to work autonomously, hit call volume targets, and make sound, objective evaluation decisions independently.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience navigating modern ATS/CRM platforms, VOIP softphones, and data tracking tools.

REQUIRED HOURS & EQUIPMENT

• Must be available during normal USA Business Hours
• Hours of work: Monday-Thursday 9 am 6 pm & Fridays 9 am-1 pm EST
• Fast interview with power backups
• Noise-canceling headset
• NO background noise (major requirement)
• Minimum system requirements: 4.0 GHz dual-core processor, 16 GB RAM, and the latest version of MS Office installed (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ideally Windows 10-11, OS.
