Infiniti of Cincinnati (Joseph Infiniti), a premier luxury automotive dealership in Mason, OH, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our award-winning sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the Infiniti brand and grow your career in automotive sales with one of Ohio’s most respected luxury dealerships.

We offer a guaranteed base salary plus commission, with an expected earning range of $50,000 – $150,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage dealership customers, building trust and long-term relationships
• Understand customer needs and present new Infiniti models and pre-owned vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
• Negotiate and finalize sales transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Handle internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic with professionalism
• Follow up with sold and prospective customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with the sales team and sales managers to hit monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred (not required – we will train motivated individuals)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
