Automotive Sales Consultant

The Automotive Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by serving as a vehicle knowledge expert and sales support partner. In a high‑volume dealership environment, this role focuses on product education, vehicle demonstrations, and guiding customers through the purchasing journey. The Automotive Sales Consultant plays a critical role in upselling features, improving customer satisfaction scores, and helping the dealership maintain fast, professional, and repeatable sales processes.
