Front Desk Coordinator (Commercial Real Estate)
Location: Northwest Houston, TX
Schedule: In Office, Monday through Thursday (7:30 AM to 3:30 PM) | Friday Half-Day
Compensation: Up to $45K + full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet visitors, tenants, vendors, and clients
• Assist with filing, document management, and record organization
• Maintain physical and electronic files related to property operations
• Support the property management team with administrative tasks and special projects
• Coordinate office correspondence and general administrative workflows
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-paced office environment
• Collaborate with team members on various property management initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, front desk, or office support experience required
• Exposure to the commercial real estate industry required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
