Project Manager Risk and Compliance Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Project Manager Risk and Compliance for a consulting opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities Lead integration projects across large-scale banking merger initiatives Manage multiple concurrent workstreams associated with merger integration, conversion activities, and post-conversion stabilization efforts Partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal to ensure successful execution of integration milestones and deliverables Coordinate and oversee projects tied to conversion and integrations activities Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology to ensure successful integration execution and regulatory compliance Drive end-to-end project management activities including project planning, governance, issue resolution, status reporting, dependency management, and executive communication Coordinate closely with leadership, PMO teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment across integration initiatives Track project financials, workstream deliverables, resource allocations, and dependency impacts across multiple integration initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Risk Management, Legal Studies, or related field preferred 7+ years of project management experience within banking or financial services Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels Proficiency with project management tools including Agile, Waterfall, Jira, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet or related applications PMP, Agile, Scrum, CRCM, CAMS, or related certifications preferred Atlanta, Columbus, Nashville, Charlotte preferred.
