Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist with clinical and administrative tasks, and contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with patient examinations and procedures under the supervision of healthcare providers. * Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant information. * Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and organization. * Administer medications and perform routine diagnostic tests as authorized. * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical documentation standards. * Schedule Surgeries for Surgeon * Gather Prior Auth's * Maintain clear communication with Surgeons, Management and Team * Follow up with Patient calls, emails, requests * Provide patient education and support for follow-up care and treatments. * Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, scheduling surgery, and answering patient inquiries. Qualifications: * Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential required. * High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a CMA program. * Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred. * Time management * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
