Distribution Surgical Coordinator

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Distribution Surgical Coordinator to manage timely delivery of surgical materials to medical facilities. The role involves inventory coordination, order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate surgery requisitions and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and delivery of products
- Review orders for completeness and provide recommendations based on historical patterns
- Manage inventory using ERP/MRP software to loan, receive, ship, issue and monitor stock
- Deliver and retrieve inventory to medical facilities, including emergency runs, safely and accurately
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to resolve issues and fulfill orders on time
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years supply chain, logistics, sales support, or inventory management experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with ability to follow directions precisely
Compensation: $25-26/hour
