We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for our Brookshire, TX client!We are looking for an experienced, dependable leader who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Brookshire, TX
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00/hour DOE, plus annual bonuses, paid insurance, and excellent benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (schedule may vary; occasional callouts required)
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Description of Duties: Lead daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing facility to maximize equipment uptime and support production goals. Oversee preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, coordinate installations, review technical drawings and schematics, maintain service records, and promote a safe work environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic schematics, use hand and power tools, work independently, and lead a team. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and respond to occasional after-hours callouts.
