This role is based in Fremont, CA. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Logistics team. The role involves understanding client logistics processes, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across supply chain activities. Your role Understand and support client logistics and supply chain processes Assist in shipment tracking, order processing, and inventory management Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters) Ensure timely execution of logistics activities and resolve operational issues Maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, invoices, and deliveries Support data entry, reporting, and analysis for logistics operations Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment updates and status Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency Your Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts (preferred) Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks Willingness to learn and adapt The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $48,400 – $105,600 per year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
