· 401 (K) with generous company match Job Details Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for CNC-machined aerospace components
Create and maintain work instructions, routings, and manufacturing plans
Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure manufacturability
Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues on the shop floor
Drive process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement methods
Support new product introduction and manufacturing readiness
