Key Responsibilities

• Develop documentation including work instructions, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and job aids
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate accuracy
• Research technical information from multiple sources to create comprehensive documentation
• Edit and proofread for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guidelines
• Manage documentation projects including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to meet deadlines
• Ensure documentation accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards
• Work with engineers and operations staff to support manufacturing and engineering documentation needs

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Technical Writing, Engineering, or Science
• Associate's Degree
• High School Diploma/GED
