Compensation/ Benefits (*Eligible for Full Time Positions Only): Incentive Plan Earning Potential up to an additional $2 more per hour Referral Program Benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefit plans Lucrative paid time off benefits, including PTO/6 Paid Holidays/Floating Holiday/Vacation Time 401(k) with employer match Flexible and convenient work schedules with career growth opportunity Duties and Responsibilities : Be the direct contact for in-bound/out-bound calls for new and existing patients Set up patient appointments/follow-ups for our locations across the US Consult with patients about specific services offered per location Will work independently but with a team player mentality Problem Solving and effective communication skills Comply with HIPAA patient confidentiality regulations Ability to handle 150+ calls daily Experience Preferred : 1+ year(s) in a high volume call center 1+ year(s) experience with Back-to-back calling 1+ year(s) with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Notepad 1+ year(s) Medical terminology is a plus 3+ years in customer service Familiar with Nextgen and Cisco system Bilingual is a plus Requirements for a Patient Scheduler: Must be willing to work according to department needs, including- overtime, holidays, and emergency shifts Attendance and Punctuality a MUST (This is mandatory during training; no exceptions) Ability to multitask and time manage efficiently Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting or standing with intermediate breaks Complete Pre-employment screening such as: skill testing, background check, and drug testing HS Diploma or equivalent education ADCS Clinics LLC participates in equal employment opportunities for all individuals and abides by EEO and nondiscrimination provisions of all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
