Senior Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 to $19.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff. Control expenses and shrinkage. Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures. Work Hours & Physical Requirements This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
