Project Manager - Data Center & Mission Critical Electrical Construction Locations: Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Jackson, and other regional project locations Compensation: Up to $200,000 Base Salary + Up to 25% Annual Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package I'm currently partnered with one of the leading electrical subcontractors in the Southern U.S. who are experiencing substantial growth within their Data Center and Mission Critical division. Due to a strong pipeline of secured work across Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and surrounding markets, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a proven background delivering electrical scopes on Data Center and Mission Critical construction projects. This opportunity can suit candidates seeking either a local position within one of their established markets or those open to supporting projects across the wider region. Travel support and per diem are available when required. The Opportunity This is an opportunity to join a contractor that has established itself as a key player within the rapidly expanding data center sector, delivering large-scale electrical packages on some of the industry's most high-profile projects. The successful candidate will lead projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, taking responsibility for project execution, financial performance, client relationships, and overall delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage large-scale electrical construction projects from award through completion Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cost control, and profitability Develop and maintain project schedules alongside field leadership Lead Project Engineers, Superintendents, and site teams throughout project delivery Manage procurement, subcontractors, material tracking, and supplier relationships Review and negotiate change orders, contract modifications, and project documentation Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget objectives Ensure all project activities adhere to company safety and quality standards Support commissioning and turnover within critical facility environments Required Experience Previous experience as a Project Manager or Strong Assistant Project Manager within the electrical construction industry Direct Data Center and Mission Critical project experience is preffered Experience managing electrical packages on large-scale construction projects Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration Understanding of critical power infrastructure, electrical distribution systems, and mission critical environments Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Base Salary up to $200,000 Annual Bonus up to 25% Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution Vehicle allowance or company vehicle program PTO and paid holidays Relocation assistance where applicable Travel expenses and per diem available for qualifying assignments Strong opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing division #J-18808-Ljbffr
