Vandergriff Chevrolet is one of the top-performing dealerships in the Arlington area, known for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high-volume service department. We are actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team.
What Youll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated
- Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
What Were Looking For
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid drivers license
