Location: Marysville, WA | Full-Time | Great Benefits | Family-Owned Dealership Compensation Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $156,000.00; including monthly 6.5-7.5% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty), 2% commissions of individual gross profit on parts warranty, and additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed the national average. 90-day guarantee of $5,000.00 per month while you train for mentees, according to terms of pay plan.
