Job Title:       Customer Service Representative                                   

Status:            Full-Time, Non-exempt      

Reports to:    Operations Manager

Job Summary

Ensuring that we meet and exceed all service and quality expectations for each Oxxford customer.

Job Duties

\n
• Provide excellent customer service and call handling for Oxxford wholesal and Tom James orders and sales inquiries
\n
• Manage email and voice mail inquiries, providing outstanding response via outbound call or email as appropriate
\n
• Route calls to designated individuals and departments when necessary
\n
• Communicate effectively with other departments in servicing customers
\n
• Maintain proper records in company databases
\n
• Complete assignments and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
\n
• Educate customers on apparel offerings and unique marketing strategies
\n
• Prepare daily status reports as necessary for analyzing and follow up
\n
• Keep abreast of daily incoming orders; review the orders and send confirmations as appropriate
\n
• Accurately document all order changes onto order hard copy forms
\n
• Work closely with the Order Processing Team on customer questions that may arise, paperwork, and questions about orders
\n
• Any other duties deemed necessary by manager
\n

Job Requirements

• Garment industry experience
\n
• Extraordinary call handling and customer service skills
\n

·       Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

\n
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships with customers, sales associates, and coworkers
\n
• Excellent email, grammar and written communication skills
\n
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
\n
• Ability to work in a team environment, think creatively, and perform with enthusiasm
\n
• Must possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Must demonstrate proven experience in meeting goals and deadlines
\n

Education Requirement

High school diploma or GED

Work Experience

\n
• Three to five years of administrative work experience in garment industry (required)
\n
• Customer service experience (preferred)
\n
• Experience with AS/400 and  Microsoft Office Suite (preferred)
