Summary WE ARE LOOKING FOR a Full Time Overnight Front Desk Clerk Job Summary: We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our Guest Experience team as an Overnight Front Desk Clerk. The hourly rate is $22.75/hour, plus a $1.00/hour shift differential. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments, issuing room keys according to established procedures, and assisting with luggage as needed. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and room assignments. Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and welcoming attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software. Flexibility to work overnight shifts between 11:00 PM and 7:30 AM, including on weekends and holidays.
