Job Summary:

We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Portland has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our outlets team as a restaurant greeter/host.

The hourly rate for serving shifts is $22.66/hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Warmly welcome guests and seat them in a friendly and courteous manner.

• Ensure accurate recording of food and beverage orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen staff.

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and dining areas, preparing tables for incoming guests.

• Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar establishment preferred.

· Availability for breakfast shifts and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of food and beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
