Anacapa Heating & Air is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Dispatcher to join our team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can keep technicians organized and on schedule, we'd love to meet you.

Position Details

• Position: Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Anacapa Heating & Air – Oxnard, CA
• Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding customer experience while supporting our field technicians.

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally and courteously
• Schedule maintenance, diagnostic, and installation appointments
• Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
• Coordinate technician schedules and communicate schedule updates
• Monitor technician progress and adjust routes as needed
• Process customer payments and invoices
• Communicate with customers regarding arrival times and scheduling changes
• Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system (FieldEdge experience is a plus)
• Assist with administrative and office support as needed
• Work closely with service, installation, sales, and management teams

• Strong computer proficiency

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Service CRM experience
• QuickBooks

Preferred Qualifications

• Dispatch experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience
• Experience using FieldEdge or similar dispatch software
