Hospital Liaison: Respiratory & DME Care

Rotech Healthcare Inc is seeking a Hospital Liaison to coordinate discharge planning and ensure timely delivery of respiratory and DME equipment for patients at home. You will work with hospital teams, educate patients, and travel to patient homes using a company vehicle. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate healthcare processes.
