Senior Director, Procurement Governance, Risk & Compliance

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Procurement Governance Risk & Compliance to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will provide business‑aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision‑making, and support sustainable growth within a technology‑driven environment. Location: Dallas, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and refine the procurement governance framework for global compliance and auditability Drive Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) operations, including risk tiering and due diligence Ensure procurement processes align with emerging regulatory requirements globally Deliver executive visibility on supplier risk through comprehensive reporting and dashboards Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to update contracts and manage risk clauses Oversee supplier audit governance and represent procurement during audits Integrate ESG and sustainability practices into supplier governance processes Enhance governance and risk workflows through continuous improvement and automation Develop a high‑performing global team focused on governance, risk, and resilience Qualifications 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement governance, risk management, compliance, or related fields within large enterprises Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks with measurable oversight In‑depth understanding of third‑party risk lifecycle, including due diligence and contract management Experience translating regulatory demands into practical compliance measures Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams Capability to prepare executive‑level reporting and facilitate governance forums Experience mentoring and developing high‑performing global teams Benefits Comprehensive Employee Assistance Program Health, life, disability, and voluntary insurance options Retirement savings plan with contributions from both employee and company Paid Time Off (PTO) accrued each pay period plus paid holidays Benefits designed to be competitive, inclusive, and sustainable Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
