Program Delivery Lead

$115.2k - $158.4k

CenterWell Senior Primary Care

Program Delivery Lead

The Program Delivery Lead will work with the Primary Care Organization (PCO)’s National Director of Behavioral Health (BH) Strategy and Operations and the Tandem Care Medical Director at CenterWell at The Villages (CTV) to oversee operations, performance management, and future state strategy for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. Tandem Care is an in-house Collaborative Care model serving patients with behavioral health needs through an interdisciplinary team-based model that includes PCPs, LCSWs, psychologists, psychiatrists and other clinical and supporting staff. It is currently based in the Villages, Florida. This role will report to the PCO’s Director of BH Strategy and Operations.

The Program Delivery Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from designing program operations and improvements, developing analytical performance management processes and dashboards, addressing day-to-day execution and challenges, and supporting the operational needs of the program’s clinical leadership. The Program Delivery Lead will partner with various leaders, including the Tandem Care Program’s Medical Director, regarding implementation, planning, and execution of the programs. The Program Delivery Lead will exercise independent judgment and decision making to drive job duties and related tasks, demonstrate end-to-end ownership and attention to detail, bring a high caliber of analytic rigor, and have an internally self-motivated working style, feeling confident to drive work autonomously.

The successful candidate comes with a strong analytics toolkit and experience designing performance management tools such as dashboards. This position primarily supports care delivery through leadership in operations, analytics, and program execution rather than leading with clinical expertise.

This is a critical role requiring an ownership mindset that can manage multiple processes end-to-end in parallel in close collaboration with many functional and clinical teams. The successful candidate will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Own, design, and execute analytics related to program performance, including access, clinical quality, cost, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement, and data integrations.
  • Build and maintain Power BI–based dashboards to measure program performance (access, clinical quality, cost) and support executive-level reporting.
  • Own program reporting and use analytics-driven insights to communicate the program’s impact and performance to market leaders and PCO executives.
  • Partner closely with the EMR product team, clinical analytics, Medical Economics, and other key stakeholders to define metrics, integrate data, and strengthen reporting capabilities.
  • Own the business partnership and design input for technical products that support the needs of Tandem Care and PCO clinicians, working in close collaboration with PCO product teams to support delivery.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with strategic stakeholders, including clinical teams, technology partners, data and analytics leaders, and Complex Care leadership, to support program and project implementation and drive adoption of new strategies and tactics.
  • Manage special projects at the request of the National BH Director on an ad hoc basis, supporting a range of operational, process improvement, and strategic needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
  • 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including in health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health
  • 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., sitting between clinical leadership team and hands-on-keys product development team)
  • Experience in developing performance dashboards – specifically defining metric definitions, collaborating with analytics and tech teams to implement dashboards, and performing metric quality checks - and defining product feature specifications
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; integrator, can connect the dots and understand how to optimize system-level processes and build meaningful relationships across stakeholders
  • Must reside in a CenterWell/Conviva market location

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in behavioral health care or value-based care settings (Collaborative Care experience ideal)
  • Exposure and experience working with EMR platforms (e.g., Athena)
  • Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, social work, or a related field.
  • Reside in the Villages, FL metro area

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of care transitions.
  • Proficiency with Excel (e.g., Pivot tables, analytic models) and Powerpoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in tracking and evaluating process/system outcomes and performing and monitoring rapid cycle process improvement, including in defining and measuring KPIs.
  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Understanding of quality and value drivers in full risk care delivery, ideally in Medicare/seniors
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders across a complex health care organization.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage projects and maintain timelines for completion
