Licensed Medical Esthetician / Advanced Esthetics Specialist

Belliard’s Salon & Spa | Cherry Hill, NJ

Belliard’s Salon & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician with a background in medical and advanced esthetics to join our established salon and spa team.

We are looking for a confident, skilled professional who is passionate about results-driven skincare, body treatments and creating an exceptional guest experience .

The ideal candidate has experience in both traditional esthetics and advanced treatments and is comfortable developing customized treatment plans that help guests achieve their skincare and body goals.

Experience We’re Looking For

Candidates should have hands-on experience with:

• Body Contouring & Cavitation
  
  
• Hydration Facials
  
  
• Nano-Needling
  
  
• Advanced customized facials

• Dermaplaning

• Professional skin analysis

• Customized treatment planning

• Mature and aging skin

• Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone

• Acne and congested skin

• Skin texture and rejuvenation treatments

• Facial and body waxing

• Professional skincare and home-care recommendations

Experience with additional services such as brow lamination, brow shaping and tinting, lash lifts and tinting is a plus.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Holds a current New Jersey Esthetician License
  
  
• Has 3+ years of professional esthetics experience
  
  
• Has experience in a spa, medical spa or advanced-esthetics environment

• Is confident performing advanced facial and body treatments

• Understands how to conduct a thorough consultation and recommend a treatment plan

• Is comfortable educating guests about skincare and home care

• Can confidently recommend professional retail products

• Understands the importance of rebooking and guest retention
  
  
• Is warm, polished, professional and dependable

• Maintains exceptional sanitation and treatment-room standards

• Enjoys continuing education and learning new treatment technologies

• Wants to build a long-term career within an established salon and spa

An established clientele is welcome but not required .

Schedule

Belliard’s is open Wednesday through Sunday and closed Monday and Tuesday.

Availability for a combination of days, evenings and weekends is required.

Full-time preferred; strong part-time candidates will be considered.
