Experienced Medical Aesthetician

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
  • HydraFacial
  • DiamondGlow
  • Dermaplaning
  • Chemical peels
  • Microneedling
  • Morpheus8
  • Broadband Light Therapy (BBL)
  • Additional advanced treatments as training and certifications are completed

• Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized, results-driven treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and long-term skin health
• Capture and document high-quality before-and-after photographs
• Recommend medical-grade skincare, treatment packages, and home care plans that support each patient's long-term results
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation within our EMR and photo documentation systems while following all clinical protocols
• Follow treatment protocols and safety standards to ensure consistent, exceptional outcomes
• Embrace coaching, feedback, and ongoing education to continually improve your skills
• Collaborate with providers and teammates to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Consistently deliver the Vive Experience to every patient, every visit

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Esthetician License
• Experience in a medical aesthetics practice preferred
• Experience performing HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling preferred
• Strong consultation and patient education skills
• Professional, polished appearance and excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using technology and electronic medical records
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
